I am experienced in a broad range of treatment modalities that have scientific support
I predominantly use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approaches, which have the strongest evidence base and have been shown to be the most effective.

I practice in Northcross, just 2 mins from the Oteha valley road motorway exit,
in a pleasant, private environment with a rural outlook.
Practice hours are:
Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm
Saturday 8am - 12noon
